There are 4 bedrooms en suite in the main house and 2 bedrooms en suite in the cottage located within the grounds. All the bathrooms are fitted with tub/showers.
The home is built in the traditional plantation style, yet enjoying the modern and spacious open plan style throughout the reception rooms.
The cottage may be used to marquee weddings or private parties, and has it's own secluded gardens separate from the main house.
There is a private swimming pool at sugarlands, and a gazebo and waterfall are featured within the tropical gardens.
There is ample parking at both the main house and at the cottage.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped and yet offer a number of activities for children, such as a giant trampoline, badminton facilities and a climbing frame with swing.
The master bedroom suite enjoys ocean views from it's private balcony and overlooks the 4th and 5th fairways of the Sandy Lane Golf Course.
All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
TV, VCR, DVD, CD player and internet service are all available, and also a music system.
Outside there is a BBG/grill. The gardens feature avocado trees, lemons, limes and mangoes.
